Strong Earthquake Rattles Southern Taiwan, Casualties Feared as Building Collapse

A strong earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.4 has struck the southern part of Taiwan, seismologists and witnesses say, causing multiple residential buildings to collapse. Serious casualties are feared.
