European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini has chaired a meeting in Vienna with foreign ministers from the E3+3+EU to discuss the status of nuclear talks with Iran, which are increasingly unlikely to result in a deal by Tuesday's extended deadline. "Chairing first E3+3 ministerial meeting to prepare a plenary," Mogherini said on her official Twitter account. The E3+3, also known as the P5+1, consists of the foreign ministers from China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States plus Germany.
