Karishma's apartment is situated on the ground floor of the Park Avenue building at junction 16 and 29 road, Bandra. This is not where Karishma Kapoor use to live. She used this apartment as her office. Now this apartment has been sold and Krishma Kapoor gets whopping amount of 7 crore whereas the market price of the apartment is 1.89 crore only.
