DESCRIPTION Butter Chicken Recipe CHICKEN INGREDIANTS Boneless chicken: 250 gms Red chilli powder: ½ tsp Salt to taste Ginger garlic paste: ½ tsp Oil: 2 tsp GRAVY INGREDIANTS Onions: 2 Tomato’s: 3 to 4 Cashew: 15 to 20 (50 gms) Ginger garlic paste: ½ tsp Red chilli powder: 1 tsp Coriander powder: ½ tsp Cloves: 2 Cardamom: 2 Cinnamon: 1 inch Oil: 1tsp Salt to taste.
For the preparation Butter:1 tsp Cream: 2 tsp Kasoori methi: ½ tsp
PREPARATION: Marinate the chicken with red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder ginger garlic paste, In a pan heat some 2-tsp oil and cook the marinated chicken till it is done. Keep chicken aside. In the same pan add 1tsp oil, onions, tomato’s, cashew, red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder , whole masala. Mix it and simmer for 15 minutes Cool down and make the mixture into fine paste. In the pad add butter then add prepared paste, chicken cook for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of water and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Add cream and kasoori meethi Butter Chicken is ready to be served
