That the koalas are cuddly and lazy is an almost unanimous view on the planet. There are several organizations that try to keep the species that are now extremely endangered.
But in Brooloo Park, near Gympie, Queensland, Australia, a man was terrified to discover that the image he was seeing of a koala climbing a post revealed a terrible truth: the sadistic side of human evil.
An organization (Koala Rescue Queensland Inc) posted a photo and even received a complaint on Facebook but refused to take the air with the following note:
"We do not want the case to be forgotten, like yesterday's news"
Police are looking for those responsible for the crime.
An autopsy detected that the animal was already dead - possibly a run-over - when it was put there.
