Sleep and Scary Monsters

Afraid of the dark? Me too! Just a little video reminding you there is nothing there, alongside some sleep tips. :D

Always remember not to eat, drink or exercise too close to bed time as that will keep you alert, which makes going to sleep more difficult. One way to let your mind drift off is focusing on your breathing and making sure your mind is clear. It's also nice to imagine things that relax you, like sunsets, oceans, sunrises and adorable birds chirping softly. I hope you sleep well and have pleasant dreams. Goodnight! :)
