British tourists play on inflatable rubber rings in flood
  • 6 years ago
Three British tourists float on inflatable rubber rings and throw a beach ball to each other during floods in Koh Samui, Thailand, today (January 11).

Heavy rain started on the popular holiday island at around 3pm local time - causing flash flooding on the busy streets.

But these lads didn't let it spoil their trip - and whipped out their inflatable rubber rings and a beach ball to make the most of the downpour.

They were filmed by a bemused onlooker floating in the 30cm deep water.

He said: ''I think they were from United Kingdom. They were speaking English.

''It was raining today and I think they just wanted to relax and have fun. The local Thai people would not do this kind of thing in the flood. It's a little bit crazy.''
