Chandigarh Stalking Case: Punjab and Haryana HC grants bail to Vikas Barala | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Vikas Barala, the son of Haryana BJP president Subhash Barala, was granted bail in the stalking and attempted abduction of the daughter of a senior Haryana bureaucrat. arala, a student of law, has been confined in Chandigarh's Burail jail since August 9, 2017. While allowing him bail, Justice Lisa Gill, however, made it clear that Vikas not try to influence the trial of the case and would not make any attempt to contact the victim or her family.Watch this video for more details.

वर्णिका कुंडू का पीछा और अगवा करने की कोशिश के मामले में पंजाब और हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट ने हरियाणा के बीजेपी अध्यक्ष सुभाष बराला के बेटे विकास बराला को गुरुवार को जमानत दे दी। विकास बराला करीब 5 महीने बाद अब जेल से बाहर आ पाएंगे। बता दें कि विकास और उनके साथी आशीष पर पिछले वर्ष 4 अगस्त को हरियाणा के सीनियर आईएएस कुंडू की बेटी वर्णिका से छेड़छाड़ का आरोप है।इस मामले में पीड़ित वर्णिका ने बताया था कि सेक्टर-7 से ही आरोपी उसका पीछा कर रहे थे और बीच रास्ते में कई बार अपनी गाड़ी को उसके आगे करके उसकी खिड़की पर भी हाथ मारा था। पूरी जानकारी के लिए देखें ये विडियो |
