Courtroom Drama! Trial Date Set For Track Palin’s Assault Case

Track Palin is set for a courtroom showdown on February 26 at 8:30 am for assault after he was arrested for allegedly attacking his father Todd in a brutal beatdown, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Sarah Palin's troubled son was arrested and accused of threatening his parents before he showed up to their door, breaking into their Wasilla, Alaska home and pinning his father Todd to the ground on December 16.

called cops “peasants” in an angry tirade, and according to the police report obtained by Radar, Todd, 53, was left bloody and bruised in the aftermath.

Meanwhile, his ex-wife Britta Hanson was granted a 20-day short-term restraining order against him on December 18, with a hearing to be scheduled for the long-term request. His ex-girlfriend Jordan Loewe also filed to take away Track’s visits with his 1-year-old son Charlie.
