James Brokenshire resigns from Government with 'regret'

James Brokenshire has resigned from his position as Northern Ireland Secretary in the Cabinet reshuffle. He said he has stepped down due to planned surgery on his lung which will take weeks to recover from meaning he will not be in a position to carry out the role.
