Baba ganoush recipe, the original Arabic style with Tahini. AKA: Moutabal, Mutabbal at home from scratch.

Baabaganuuj / Baba ganoush with Tahina is an authentic arabic plate that is to be served as standalone (Breakfast/Dinner) or as a side dish along with barbecue/ shrimp/ fish/ fried chicken.

AKA: Mutabal, Motabbal, Motabel, Eggplant dip/spread

Ingredients of Baba ganoush bel tahina:
2 mid-sized Eggplants
200 gm (7 oz) Yoghurt
30 gm (1 oz) Parsley
200 ml (6.7 oz) Sesame paste/ Tahini / Tahina
1 large-sized Lemon
1 mid-sized Garlic clove (only if its to be served beside meat)
Salt (as desired)
Olive oil (as desired)

For presentation:
Some vegetables (cut) in small pieces (cucumber, lettuce, tomato, carrot, mint, etc..)
A Saucer of Olives
