Waves breached a seawall in Scituate, Massachusetts, on Thursday, January 4, as a powerful nor’easter battered the east coast on Thursday, January 4.The National Guard was dispatched to the area as the water poured over the seawall, flooding area streets with icy sea water, a news report said.
