Supreme Court directs BCCI to allow Bihar to compete in Ranji Trophy | Oneindia News

The Supreme court of India today directed the BCCI to allow the team of Bihar to compete in India's premier domestic competition Ranji Trophy. It was in 2001 that the then BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmia disaffiliated the Bihar Cricket Association while giving full membership to Jharkhand, which was carved out of Bihar. But it was the SC appointed COA that granted Bihar full membership. The SC said that it is in the interest of cricket that Bihar be allowed to participate. Watch this video to find out more.
