Tamra Braxton’s estranged husband took off his wedding ring and admitted he was “giving her space right now” but ultimately wanted the singer back after his shocking Christmas arrest RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.

Vincent Herbert, 44, was arrested for domestic violence on December 2, 2017.

An eyewitness spotted him at a two-hour lunch at King’s Fish House in Calabasas, Calif. on January 3, 2018 with a male friend where they both had large sodas and no booze with their meal.

She filed for divorce in October.

Herbert and Braxton’s boozed fueled fight on Christmas ended with him in jail. "Co-parenting while going through a divorce is not an easy task. While celebrating the Christmas holiday as a family, after a few drinks and some jealousy, things got a bit out of hand, which is common for most families during the holidays. In the midst of everything our family is going through things got heated and a bit exaggerated,” Braxton said about the situation.

Braxton claimed that her husband had gotten a “wh*re” pregnant which enraged her, but she denied any form of physical violence was the basis for Herbert’s arrest. He was released from jail after posting the $20,000 bail.

While I do not appreciate his lack of respect for our family and him allegedly impregnating another woman, I cannot paint him as a vicious abuser that Vince is not."
