Chocolate Shortage Predicted By 2020

More than $98 billion a year is spent on chocolate and it's continuing to grow in popularity. In China, chocolate sales have skyrocketed in the past decade, causing demand to outweigh supply. A one-ton chocolate shortage is predicted by 2020 and scientists have even predicted that chocolate could disappear by 2050 as cacao plants begin to vanish due to drier weather and warmer temperatures.
