Copyright Claim ID's on YouTube Avoiding and Minimizing Copyright Claims

I recently experienced a copyright content ID claim on my latest video. It was based around some audio in a game I was playing. This music has made me realize just how sensitive the subject is and how copyright claims work. This video highlights my findings and possible ways to minimize and avoid content id claims. I was not given a 'strike' but it has resulted in my video being demonized. YouTube has many videos on this subject but content id claims seem to be hitting many people for different reasons. My advise on how to remove content id claims on future videos is to mute any audio or songs playing before recording - or at least remove it forbore uploading the video to YouTube. You can always overlay another song via the YouTube Creator Studio or in your own editing software.
