fly Fishing a beautiful River in New Zealand

This river system in new Zealand is a very special place. It was devastated by a Natural disaster many years ago which wiped out the entire trout population in one day. It is a tributary of a much larger river system and so after a time of healing the aquatic weed came back, the insects returned and the trout followed.
I am using a 6# AirFlow 9 foot Fly Rod. My terminal rig is a 12 foot tapered leader with a weighted Numph to get depth and an unweighted Nymph to act more naturally as it drifts down. This is a fat trout in prime fighting condition trying its hardest to get away from me.
