Cyber Bullying: One Arrested Over Parvathy's Complaint| Mathrubhumi News

Kochi: One person has been arrested on a complaint filed by actor Parvathy for cyber-bullying. The award-winning actor was trolled on social media for her remarks against the alleged misogyny in film Kasaba starring Mammootty. The Ernakulam South Police, who registered a case on her complaint, arrested Wadakkanchery native Printo. He is being interrogated. According to reports, more arrests will follow. Speaking at the Open Forum at the recently concluded International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK), Parvathy had criticised the misogyny in Malayalam movies. She was viciously trolled in social media by some people who claimed to be fans of the superstar. They allegedly showered abuse on her and even threatened her.
