Can Hazrat Khidr (pbuh) appear as a widow or as the dog of the Companions Of The Cave?

ADNAN OKTAR: As I said before, Khidr (pbuh) can also appear in the form of a widow, or as a dog. From time to time he appears in the form of a woman with a crown. This icon is also used on the Roman Empire’s coins. It’s something like a crown with seven spikes. Where do we see it? Can we see it on the Statue of Liberty in the USA? Let me see [the picture]. She holds a light in her right hand which enlightens the world. It also exists on the Roman coins. In the Qur'an there is mention to the money used by Romans, right? From time to time Khidr (pbuh) puts people to test, just as he did to Prophet Moses (pbuh). People do not realize that they are being tested. He educates them while he puts them on trial. His name in the Old Testament is “the Branch”. Green branch, just burgeoned, green. “Here is the man whose name is the Branch, and he will branch out from his place and build the temple of the LORD” (Zechariah 6:12).
This statue was first designed by Ottomans, in the time of the Ottoman Empire. That project was made in the time of Sultan Abdulmajid. He made the prepayment to Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi. He was told about the details of the statue, the torch-bearing arm etc. That is to say, the statue has a history and it started here.

In the hadiths, [Ibn Hajar Al-Isaba volume 1 page 431] it is reported that Khidr’s life was prolonged [by God] so that he could refute dajjal’s lies. According to the accounts, it’s going to be Hazrat Khidr (pbuh) who will encounter dajjal.
His horse is gray. It is stated as ‘Khidr with the green horse’ everywhere. Notice that he is seen on a horse in all of his photos. Those footages are not fake. Indeed it is also not likely to fantasize something like that, no one can do it. Khidr (pbuh) can appear like a poor with shabby clothes. Also he can appear in the form of a female dog. I mean the Companions of the Cave’s dog. He can appear as a pregnant woman or an old grandfather.
