In a shocking statement, a sitting Member of the Parliament from the BJP party Ananth Kumar Hegde said that soon the word 'Secular' will be removed from the Constitution. Meanwhile, hitting out at Hegde on Monday, CM Siddaramaiah said the minister has not studied the Constitution, does not know the parliamentary or political language.
