A writer for Business Insider named Alex Lockie states he got rid of his contact hunger pains by cutting out sugar and carbohydrates in his diet. He wrote, "The diet I chose is called the 'ketogenic'... diet, because it pushes your body to break down stored fat due to the absence of sugar. Breaking down that fat releases molecules called ketones in the blood and urine." This diet requires you to eat more fat and proteins, which keep you full longer!
