Tropical storm “Vinta” triggered mudslides and flooding that killed at least 133 people, with concerns the figure could further rise as dozens remained missing, police and disaster officials said Saturday.
The casualties, most of them inflicted late on Friday, were all in Mindanao, where a remote village was reportedly erased from the map.
