Phoenix Officers forced to shoot armed suspect who charged them

An armed suspect charged at Phoenix Police officers near 16th Street and Thomas Road. After the man continued to charge after being shot with rubber bullets, officers were forced to use live rounds. The man is in serious condition at an area hospital.
