Miss America Organization President and COO Resigns

The president and COO of the Miss America Organization, John Randle, has reportedly resigned. Randle's decision comes amidst a recent storm of controversy against organization after the Huffington Post published a story this week revealing emails, mostly sent by Miss America CEO Sam Haskell, contained misogynistic language and body shaming against contestants. On Friday, Miss America's board suspended Haskell, pending an investigation into the emails.
