In a bold move, a Mumbai based restaurant has hired staff that is speech and hearing impaired. In order to encourage employment for the diffidently abled people the restaurant has taken this move. Even the guest are encouraged to intact with the staff in sign language and the menu card help the people to communicate with the staff.
