Subway closed more than 900 stores this year

Subway is the words largest fast food chain, but they are currently in hot water. Business Insider is reporting that they have closed over 900 of their stores around the world. Many franchisee owners are speaking out and saying that Subway promotions such as their "five dollar foot long" deal is killing business. Over 400 owners have signed a petition, in hopes that the promotion will not roll out.
