Erin and Mike's legal action against the Committee was a secret until yesterday when McKayla referred to her parents filing in her new lawsuit against the USA Gymnastics Organization.

The bombshell June lawsuit was mentioned in McKayla's Wednesday filing, and stated: "MCKAYLA MARONEY is the daughter of the Plaintiffs JANE PCNE DOE and JOHN PCNM DOE, filed with the Superior Court of Los Angeles, Case No. BC667053 on or around June 30, 2017."

Maloney's parents went under the guise of "Jane PCNE Doe" and "John PCNM Doe" to maintain their privacy and anonymity in the case.

In the explosive June court docs, McKayla's parents state: "The Plaintiffs bring the instant action in order to recover damages they suffered as a result of the orchestrated scheme by Defendants USA Gymnastics (USAG) and Defendant "United States Olympic Committee (USCO), to suppress and conceal their knowledge of known sexual abusers in the USAG program, including Dr. Larry Nassar, failing to protect the Plaintiffs' daughter, and permitting the Plaintiff's daughter to be sexually abused and assaulted, as a child, by Nassar, under the guise of legitimate medical treatment."

petrified of Nassar and does not trust medical providers, and suffers from intrusive, repeated thoughts and memories of the horrific abuse she suffered as a minor gymnast competing for her country,” the lawsuit stated. “His abuse even occurred the evening before her Olympic competitions.”
