Chloe Grace Moretz should be able to breath a little easier this holiday season now that a judge has reportedly granted a restraining order against an alleged stalker.
According to E! Online, Moretz and her family members have been allegedly harassed by a man named Terry Daniel Quick, who is accused of persistently following the actress and those close to her in order to make contact with the star.
E! reports that court documents state that Moretz’s alleged stalker also made contact online, with posts that became “seriously alarming, annoying and harassing.”
Quick has reportedly been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Moretz and her family members for three years, and is also prohibited from using social media to contact the Kick Ass star.
