'Fake News Is Working Overtime': Trump Lashes Out At Media Over Tax Bill Coverage

President Trump lashed out on Wednesday over media's coverage of the GOP tax bill.

President Trump took to Twitter on Wednesday and blasted the media over its coverage of the GOP tax bill.
"The Tax Cuts are so large and so meaningful, and yet the Fake News is working overtime to follow the lead of their friends, the defeated Dems, and only demean. This is truly a case where the results will speak for themselves, starting very soon. Jobs, Jobs, Jobs!" Trump wrote.
Proponents of the bill tout it as relief for the middle class that also provides a tax cut based spending stimulus to large corporations and the nation's wealthiest people.
Critics have blasted the legislation as being a give-away to the rich and pointed out it will not well serve middle-class Americans in the long run.
"Let's call this out for what it is...it's government for sale," Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren said on Tuesday.
The Senate passed the tax bill early Wednesday morning and the House is expected to do the same in a revote today.
"The United States Senate just passed the biggest in history Tax Cut and Reform Bill. Terrible Individual Mandate (ObamaCare)Repealed. Goes to the House...for final vote. If approved, there will be a News Conference at The White House at approximately 1:00 PM," the president wrote in another tweet.
