New Surveillance Video Shows Altercation with Inmate, Jailers Shortly Before Inmate`s Death

The Oklahoma State Medical Examiner`s report says a 40-year-old inmate died of "acute methamphetamine intoxication," but recently released surveillance video shows an altercation between the inmate and jail workers shortly before his death.
