Hero MotoCorp’s 250cc Supersport Will Not Be Launched In India - DriveSpark

India's largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp showcased its concept supersport motorcycle, the HX250R at the 2014 Auto Expo. Two years later, Hero MotoCorp unveiled the near production-spec avatar of the motorcycle finished in blue colour. The 'R' was trimmed, and the concept was named as HX250.

Now, it looks like Hero MotoCorp has dropped the plan of launching the HX250R in India. Yes, speaking to TOI, Chief Technology Officer of Hero MotoCorp, Markus Braunsperger has revealed this information, and he also clarified the reason behind this decision.
