Mattis says North Korea isn't capable of striking the US

On Friday Secretary of Defense James Mattis said he doesn't believe that North Korea has the missile capability to impact the continental U.S. During an off camera briefing Mattis said North Korea's November ICBM "has not yet shown to be a capable threat against us right now." Mattis added that the U.S. continues to monitor the situation. "We are still examining the forensics, we're still doing the forensics analysis, it takes a while," he said.
