Yoga Terror to międzynarodowy rockowy band powstały w sercu Polski z inicjatywy gitarzysty wietnamskiego pochodzenia Michała Truong (ex Rootwater) oraz perkusisty „Kuczego" (ex Dianoya). Chłopcy postanowili rzucić wszystko, by zająć się tworzeniem muzyki, która będzie nośnikiem dla rozpierającej ich energii i która uwolni podobną energię w innych. Obecnie skład współtworzą: Zu Pytlińska, utalentowana wokalistka, ceniona tekściarka i charyzmatyczna frontwoman (znana także z formacji Sen Zu), Krzysiek Truong, jego niebanalne riffy i melodyjny wokal oraz Grzesiek Kowalski -- demon gitary basowej.
W muzyce zespołu, zabarwionej egzotycznymi wpływami, chwytliwe melodie przeplatają się z soczystymi riffami i nieokrzesanym rytmem. Całość spaja funkowa energia oraz niebanalny głos charyzmatycznej frontmanki. Poprzez swoją twórczość YOGA TERROR promuje pozytywne nastawienie do życia, otwartość na różnorodność kulturową i tolerancję dla odmienności.
Obecnie zespół pracuje nad debiutancką płytą we współpracy z czołowym polskim producentem, Marcinem Borsem, oraz znakomitym realizatorem, Ignacym Gruszeckim.
W 2010 r. ukazała się debiutancka EP'ka „Palace Of Cultures", a utwór „Pałac Kultury" przez kilka tygodni utrzymywał się w czołówce „Turbo Top" Antyradia. Zespół YOGA TERROR zagrał niezliczoną ilość koncertów, dzieląc scenę m.in. z takimi artystami jak Zbigniew Hołdys, Proletaryat, Hunter, Dżem, Lombard, Star Guard Muffin czy Enej, a „elektryczne" i „akustyczne" występy zespołu na żywo spotykają się niezmiennie z uznaniem w mediach i zainteresowaniem w branży muzycznej.
Najważniejsze osiągnięcia:
- I miejsce w konkursie „Have No Mercy"
- I miejsce w IV Warszawskim Przeglądzie Zespołów Rockowych
- I miejsce na festiwalu „Młodzi Zdolni 2010"
- „Nagroda Dziennikarzy" na „Seven Festival 2011"

Yoga Terror is a multinational rock band formed in the heart of Poland on the initiative of Michał Truong (ex Rootwater) -- guitarist of Vietnamese origin -- and drummer "Kuczy" (ex Dianoya). The two boys decided to drop everything and start creating music which would be a carrier of the energy they were bursting with, and which would release a similar energy in other people. The current band members are: Zu Pytlińska, a talented singer, esteemed songwriter and charismatic frontwoman (also known as the lead vocalist of the rock group Sen Zu), Krzysiek Truong, his original riffs and melodic vocal, and last but not least bass demon Grzesiek Kowalski.
The band's exotically tinged music intertwines catchy melodies with rocking riffs and rough rhythm. All that is bonded by funky energy and the uncommon voice of the charismatic vocalist. Through their music and message YOGA TERROR promotes a positive attitude to life, openness to cultural diversity and tolerance for difference. Currently, the band is working on their first album in cooperation with one of Poland's top music producers -- Marcin Bors, as well as his workmate and great sound engineer, Ignacy Gruszecki.
In 2010 the band released their debut EP "Palace of Cultures" and the single "Palace of Cultures" remained several weeks in the lead of the Antyradio "Turbo Top"--hitlist (one of Poland's most famous rock radio stations). The band played countless concerts and shared the stage with such great Polish artists like Zbigniew Hołdys, Proletaryat, Hunter, Dżem, Lombard, Star Guard Muffin and Enej. Both their "acoustic" and "electric" gigs constantly gain recognition from the media and attract the attention of the local music industry.
Major achievements:
- first place in the music competition "Have No Mercy"
- first place in the 4th Warsaw Rock Band Contest (IV Warszawski Przegląd Zespołów Rockowych)
- first place at the festival "Young Talented 2010" ("Młodzi Zdolni 2010")
- the "Journalists' Prize" at the "Seven Festival 2011"
