MARI is the band consisting of TSUKUI Mari (Vo/Ag), NONAKA Takehiro (Gt), KISHI Fumiya (Ba) and SAKURAI Yuya (Dr).
MARI set up in April 2013 led by TSUKUI Mari.
They perform live many times for enhance quality of their songs, and started to sell the 1st album "FromTheRiverside" at CD launch live.
This song on balconyTV is "Montauk,LongIsland,NewYork" from the album.
Movie lover TSUKUI Mari wrote it after she was struck by the scene of the riverside with snowing in "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" - directed by Michel Gondry.
She repeats in this song
"Itsuka ano machi e ikou... (Let's go to the town someday...)
Eiga no one scene no yoni. (As one scene of the movie.)".

作品の完成度を高める為ライブやハーサルを重ね、2014年3月にアルバム第一弾

映画好きの津久井がミシェル・ゴンドリー監督「エターナルサンシャイン」を観て、雪が降る海辺のシーンになんとも言えない感銘を受け作曲。

vo津久井独特の少し怪しい歌声と佇まい。
そこに激しくも優しいバンドサウンドが加わり更に聴く人の想像力に拍車をかける。
