A Year in the Life of Fallow Deer - part 1

Want to know how the UK copes with its fallow deer? We start our fallow deer series at the start of the buck season in August. We join a group of deerstalkers learning to shoot staight, and we look at the kit a fallow stalker needs, then we go out and implement the management plan. One of the UK's most recognisable large animals, fallow are an exotic species, and there are cull programmes underway across the countryside.
