WE ARE THE STORM, the band from Sweden, released their debut album “To the North-Pole” in 2011. The band’s austere but at the same time grand sound resonated with the Swedish coldness and the record was warmly received by critics. The singles “Galileo” and “Shoreline” received airplay on Swedish national radio channel P3. Following the release, the band toured Sweden from Jokkmokk in the north to Malmö in the south.
“Wastelands", the second album, a mixture of noisy guitars and delicate harmonies sounding over a downplayed drum beat is what makes it one of the most interesting indie albums to be released in Sweden in 2013.

WE ARE THE STORM to szwedzki zespół, który swój debiutancki album “To the North-Pole” wydał w 2011 roku. Ascetyczne, a jednocześnie mocne brzmienie zespołu współgra tu ze szwedzkim chłodem, co zostało dostrzeżone i ciepło przyjęte przez krytyków. Single "Galileo" i "Shoreline" można było usłyszeć na antenie szwedzkiego kanału P3 Radio. Po wydaniu albumu, zespół koncertował w Szwecji od Jokkmokk na północy do Malmö na południu.
"Wastelands", drugi album, to mieszanka hałaśliwych gitar i delikatnych harmonii brzmiących nieco ponad perkusyjny bit, co czyni go jednym z najciekawszych albumów indie wydanych w Szwecji w 2013 roku.
