Cenk Erdogan is a composer and fretless guitar player from Istanbul, Turkey.He recorded 3 albums containing his original compositions and arrangements from Anatolian folk melodies. His first album "İle" released in 2008 and second album entitled "Arc" was released in 2010. On this album he played with the legendary bass player "Kai Eckhardt".
His latest album "Kara Kutu" was released in 2015. 'Kara Kutu' is a solo guitar project originally composed music for all types of acoustic guitar.
On the other hand he composes music for tv series,documentaries and cinema films.He won the "Yeşilcam Best Music Score 2009" with "Issız Adam" movie which is directed by "Çagan İrmak" and he won the "Direkler Arasi" Theatre awards in 2010 with Jehan Barbur which is "Sems Unutma" directed by Özen Yula.
He also works as a producer and arranges music for singers from all types af genres like Ceyl'an Ertem, Jehan Barbur, Senay Lambaoglu, Sirin Soysal, Adile Yadirgi.
In 14-15 July 2015 he conducted the orchestra of renowned Turkish Pop music diva Sezen Aksu's new project " Sezenli Yillar " which is very important to Turkish popular music culture and literature.
He still composes and makes concerts with his trio and all over the world and loves music with full passion.
