Originated in Cluj-Napoca, For the Wicked is one of the most interesting and ambitious metal band appearances on the metal scene in Romania, winning several awards as evidenced in the first year of existence (2015): Best Metal Newcomer at Metalhead Awards, Grand Prize at Posada Rock and Low5Bass Studio award at Gbob Romania. Although it consists of young musicians, some of whom already have an important musical experience (Dirty Shirt, Guerrillas, 13Rituals, Divided By Perception, Blood Print, etc ...), they have managed to prove the quality of their first EP titled Trust your Heart: https://weareforthewicked.bandcamp.com/ For the Wicked stuns with a modern metalcore, combining heavy riffs with aggressive vocals and catchy choruses, all dressed in a production at international standards: mastering was done in the United States by Joey Sturgis (Asking Alexandria, Emmure, The Devil Wears Prada), while recording and mixing was dealt by the band leader Vlad Bornuz (Diamonds Are Forever, Scars of the Story), at Dark Vision Digital Studion in Cluj-Napoca. Lyric video was produced by Dawning Media Productions and artwork by Resize Media (Luna Amara, Diamonds Are Forever, Breathelast, Emil, etc ...). In less than six months after launch, the band performed an important series of concerts in Romania, including Maximum Rock festival, Fire in the Park, Barock Fest, Remember Rock, Posada and #ImpreunaRezistam(Cluj-Napoca). Last but not least, theyhave shared the scene with important metal bands like: Suicide Silence (SUA), Dirty Shirt (Ro), Jinjer (Ukr), Lostbone (Pol) , When Reason Collaps (Fr), To Kill Achilles(UK) and Helia(RSM).
