Helen, the singer-songwriter from Bucharest. She has a very solid jazz background, unique vocals, one of a kind melodies and the ability to cary emotion. The artist succeeds to express herself through poetical lyrics put on new age electro synths and heavy drums, whilst being delicate with her feelings.
Helen's manifesto #bebrave, stands for honesty, authenticity and the courage of being yourself in a world of stereotypes. It stands for artistic freedom and sincerity.
"Tell me" reflects those times when you lose yourself for a brief moment on your way to finding who you really are. That's when you have to be brave and remember what defines you and you alone.
"Tell me" is the first single from the upcoming EP "In another place". Each song from the EP describes Helen's story: molded by the past, sharpened by the present, anxious for the future. The EP will be released in May 2016.
