A lyrical writer since the age of 5, Molly Moore is a prolific musician emerging with immediate renown. Frequently compared to Ellie Goulding and Lana Del Rey, her unique blend of soulful alt-pop has captivated both music critics and collaborators, especially EDM remixers who have propelled her already acclaimed music (including singles “Natural Disaster” and “Don’t Believe It”) into even greater prominence. Having moved from New York to Los Angeles, she strives for constant escalation.
Although Molly Moore enjoys the growth she gains from collaboration and writing songs for other artists, it is truly on her own solo work where she triumphs. Her songs have been featured on a number of television shows, and she has been signed to Imagem Music Publishing. With a stylistic repertoire ranging from indie folk to dark pop, Molly Moore strives to always capture her own individualistic spirit in her music which shines through this personal touch.
Her debut EP, Shadow of the Sun was released late last year and was praised for exuding confidence. In the wake of such success, her follow up EP Now You See Me is expected to be even stronger, particularly its first single, “Free Spirit”, released on July 4th.
Recently, she started a duo with Brandyn Burnette called Cosmos & Creature. Their first single is expected this fall.
