Stop #3 of 4, on the Women's Stand Up World Tour of Surfing, hit Huntington Beach early this September. Watch Candice rip up the waves to a finals finish. She made that finals and came in runner up, putting her in good contention for the World Title that will be decided at stop #4 in France this October.
