Amanda e gli Uomini Elettrici nascono nel 2011 da un’idea di Eva Ciurli e la sua voglia di dare vita ad un gruppo che riesca a mescolare musica d’autore e sonorità Post Punk anni 80. Dopo l’uscita di un primo disco, “Dietro Questo Niente”, la band decide da prima di prendersi una pausa per poi sciogliersi completamente ed accantonare definitivamente il progetto. Nel 2015 Eva decide di dare vita nuovamente ad Amanda e gli Uomini Elettrici con una formazione completamente nuova, l’aggiunta di una seconda chitarra e un nuovo tipo di sonorità che riescano a mescolare Noise Pop e Post Punk. Dopo una serie di concerti dal vivo la band torna in studio per registrare il suo secondo disco che vedrà la luce prima della fine del 2017.
Amanda and the Electric Mens are born in 2011 with an idea of Eva Ciurli and her desire to give life to a group able to mix up songwriting with 80's Post Punk's music and sound. After the release of the first record, "Behind This Nothing", the band decides to take a break, than the y decide to shutting off the project definitively. In 2015 Eva decides to give life to Amanda and the Electric Mens with a whole new training, adding a second guitar and a new kind of sound that can mix Noise Pop and Post Punk. After a series of live concerts, the band returns to the studio to record its second album, and it will be released before the end of 2017.
