The crew behind the HEXO+ autonomous drone claim that it is easily launched and programmed to fly, and safely landed using a simple smartphone app. But does it really work? We sent one of our Gear Geeks over to the official press launch in Verbier to find out. Our tester had never before been at the controls of a drone and by using the simple, intuitive app was able to safely fly and land the HEXO+ on his first try using the commands Follow Me, 360 Close, Come To Me, and Land.
