WASHINGTON — The FCC voted on Thursday to can Obama-era net neutrality rules.
Net neutrality required ISPs to offer equal access to all web content without charging people for higher-quality delivery or giving certain websites preferential status.
Supporters of the repeal say it will free up internet providers to innovate.
