The 2015 movie "Sherpa" follows Sirdar Phurba Tashi as he prepares for his 24th climb. As a Sherpa, he is not driven by the urge to conquer the great mountain, but instead he is driven to provide for his loved ones. The 1 hour and 36 minute movie by Jennifer Peedom takes the viewer into the world of life risking struggles, the harsh Everest peaks and the awe-inspiring scenery of life on the mountain.
