Trump’s Judicial Pick Withdraws Himself From Consideration

President Trump's nominee for an Alabama federal judgeship, Brett Talley, has offered to withdraw his nomination. The 36-year-old Justice Department attorney was met with some opposition from Senate Republicans, due to the fact that he had never tried a case before and has practiced law for less than three years. Senator Chuck Grassley urged Trump to reconsider several of his judicial nominees including Talley, and the White House has reportedly accepted his withdrawal.
