New York City Police Commissioner James O'Neill identifies pipe bomb suspect as Akayed Ullah

Responding units found an injured 27-year-old male at the site of the explosion which occurred below Manhattan's Port Authority Bus Terminal. "We've identified him as Akayed Ullah," New York City Police Commissioner James O'Neill announced at a press conference following the incident on Dec. 11, 2017.
