Ambank founder's murder case to undergo retrial

The federal court today set aside a former tow truck driver's conviction for the murder of Arab-Malaysian Bank (Ambank) Founder, Hussain Ahmad Najadi.
A five-man bench, Chaired by Chief Judge of Malaya Tan Sri Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin, unanimously allowed Koong Swee Kwan's case to be sent back to the high court for a retrial.
