Perak Sultan worried about large-scale corruption in country

Corruption and criminal breach of trust committed openly by highly-educated and high-ranking individuals has become a matter of great concern to the country.

The Sultan of Perak, Sultan Nazrin Shah warned if left unattended it could bring the end to any civilization let alone a country.
