Prof Datuk Dr John Antony Xavier believes that Budget 2016 is going to be a challenging budget as government will likely be facing some constraints in terms of revenue due to the current financial crisis involving the country's major trading partners.
However, Deloitte's GST director Bruce Hamilton feels that the implementation of the goods and services tax (GST) will definitely increase Malaysia's revenue generation.
